This is the third time I have used Turo and while they have all been good experiences this was above and beyond, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. First, the car is great- I had never driven in the UK and was coming to see a terminally ill family member and due to the strike had no other choice but to drive from London to Southport- the car was automatic, had CarPlay, was fuel efficient, comfortable and looked brand new.
Aside from the workings of the car, Vivian and his business partner are real human beings that really cared about helping my mom and I out and made all of this very difficult trip easy.
I wish they had cars everywhere I travelled because they would be the only cars I would rent!
